RETURNS

NO RETURNS FOR DELIVERED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return visit our "Request A Return" in our navigation menu and follow those steps.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Depending on the reason for return/refund you may be charged for the return label. For example, if your order was damaged when you received it, you are eligible for a full refund and will not need to pay for the return label.

NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any returns or refunds after the order has shipped to a location outside the United States of America. If you are an international customer, you can only receive a refund if you cancel the order before it was shipped.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after that 14-day period ends or any items that are worn or used, and not in its original packaging.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be fully refunded once the order is received on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
