Are your shin guards legal?

Players such as Jack Grealish, Memphis Depay, Naby Keita, and many more use shin guards of this size, so if it's allowed at the highest level it can be allowed at any level. FIFA states that there are no specific rules in soccer regarding the size of shin guards. However, they must be worn under the socks and be made of materials such as rubber or plastic. They should also offer a reasonable level of protection, which is open to interpretation. This applies for most leagues as many abide by FIFA laws.

How do I wash my grip socks?

Always turn your gripSocks inside out before washing them. It would be ideal if you use a washing bag to protect them from hard objects. Use a gentle cycle Line dry or you can pop them in a low heat dryer DO NOT bleach or iron your gripSocks

Track my order

Once we create your shipping label and fulfill your order, an email will automatically be sent to you containing the tracking information.

Cancel my order

Cancellations must be made before the order has shipped, which is usually within one business day. Otherwise a return and refund has to be requested.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Refunds

Once your request was accepted and you have shipped the product(s) back to us we will issue a full refund. The refund will be processed within 3-10 business days from the date we received your order. There is more information in our Refund Policy in the footer menu at the bottom of each page.

Damaged Products

Any item that is obtained from the post damaged, defective, or missing please contact us immediately. Include your name, email used when placing the order, your shipping number, and if possible a picture of the item and we will solve the issue as soon as possible.

Taxes and Customs

The price provided on our website is the untaxed price which means depending on your local customs office you will be responsible for any customs/and or shipping costs that may be set on your item. Any delay caused by customs will not be our responsible and are open for any questions concerning this topic.

"Delivered" Status But Unreceived

What It Means: The package has been delivered with a recorded date, time and delivery location. If your package shows a delivered status but you can't find it, your carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check:

-Garage
-With others in your household
-Mailbox - Packages may come separately from your regular mail; check again later in the day
-Porch
-Areas protected from weather
-Areas out of street view, such as under a mat or near a back entrance
-Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
-If you have a multi-unit community mailbox and there is a key in your regular mail compartment, your package is in a parcel locker. Check the key tag for the corresponding locker number and open that locker. If you live in an apartment/condo, contact your building's management office to see if the package was left with them.

What You Can Do: If you still can’t find your package and it has been over 24 hours since the 'delivered' status, use your tracking number and submit a service request to your local Post Office™.
